At WHPS we use follow the Locally Agreed Syllabus for Religious Education. The teaching and learning of RE is supported by the Saffron Trust Scheme of Work.

Withdrawal from Religious Education (RE)

Parents have the legal right to withdraw their child from all or part of Religious Education (RE). Requests should be made in writing to the Headteacher.

This is based on Department for Education guidance on Religious Education and withdrawal rights for maintained schools.
